The open-air museum of Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University has been enriched with a valuable historical exhibit. A DT-75 tractor, widely used in the agricultural sector, has taken its place of honor in the museum.
This commendable initiative was carried out under the leadership of Alexander Azhgaliyev, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Umit Zhumagaliyeva, a member of the Board of Trustees. The delivery of the exhibit to the university grounds, its unloading with the assistance of special equipment and a crane, as well as its placement in the designated location, were all organized at a high level.
«We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the management of Avangard LLP, part of the Beles company, for donating the tractor as an exhibit to the museum collection! We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to delivering the exhibit to the university grounds, unloading it with the help of a crane, and installing it in its designated location. This is an important step towards promoting the history of the university, preserving our historical heritage, and fostering greater respect for the past among young people», said Bibigul Sarbalina, Deputy Director of the Polytechnic Institute for Educational Affairs.
It should be noted that fourth-year students took part in the event. During the meeting, Doctor of Technical Sciences Yermek Aitaliyev spoke about the history of the educational institution named after Zhangir Khan, its stages of formation, and its development up to the present day.
On behalf of Zhanna Kubasheva, Director of the Polytechnic Institute, representatives of the organizations that contributed to adding the new exhibit to the museum collection, as well as all those who took part in this commendable initiative, were thanked for their contribution. In turn, a fourth-year student also spoke, emphasizing the importance for young people of learning about the history of the university and preserving such historical artifacts, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and everyone who provided support.
