This digital employment platform is managed by the Center for Labor Resources Development. The information is sourced from various channels — for example, from the national database maintained by local employment centers, private agency databases, media outlets, and more. In addition, both employers and job seekers can post listings on the portal themselves.

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 6 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” graduates who have completed higher education with high academic achievement may be appointed, without a competitive selection process, to non-managerial administrative civil service positions in Corps “B” at the district and rural levels.
